KICKFIT
A combination of martial arts, kickboxing, and cardio put together in a group environment to create a different type of workout that will burn tons of calories, shed bodyfat, strengthen and tone your entire body! This program will instruct you how to properly kick, punch and basic self-defense combinations using boxing gloves, heavy bags, BOB manikins, focus pads with the added bonus of MMA/Bootcamp training using tires, ropes, kettlebells and various other exercises!!!!!!
