This week in one of my small group training sessions I came up with a 1000 rep challenge. The goal is to complete 100 reps of each of the 10 exercises before moving on to the next. The average time to complete this workout was about 48 minutes.
This workout is challenging but with a good strategy, can be done by just about anyone. Most people broke the exercises into sets of 25 or 50 reps. I have personally completed the workout... My quads and abs were burning! The only pieces of equipment needed for this workout are a TRX and kettlebell(s).

100 Kettlebell Squats
100 Push-ups
100 Kettlebell Sit-ups
