Here's how it works...
- Set the fan resistance to level one
- Row for 500 meters as fast as you can.
- Once you hit the 500 meter mark, record your time.
- Remember to keep your form strict to avoid injury.
- Do not participate if you have pre-existing medical conditions which may be made worse from intense exercise!
It is an all out effort for about 2 or 3 minutes. This workout will get your heart rate up quickly, and get the muscles in your body pumping! You will feel invigorated after this quick workout. Give it try!
This challenge has developed into a 5 week battle! Week one (last week) we did 500 meters at level 1, This week we will do 500 meters at level 2, the third week at level 3 and so on. By the end of the 5 weeks and 5 levels, we will average the times to declare a winner! You can compete against yourself to better your personal time and/or the group. I will record times and post them with your initials. There are two separate divisions between Healthtrax and Toray to keep it fair because although they are the same rowers, Toray's is new and a smoother motion. We will have a men and women's division.
