Here are a few of the workouts I had the privilege of going through. Each workout was made up by each client. And, each workout was HEAVY! I am bulking back up and they took it into consideration when putting me through the workout!
BACK DAY - Melissa
4 sets Lat Pulldown (Using the stack and a plate added!)
4 sets Underhand Grip Row
4 sets Single Arm Pulldown
4 sets Wide Grip Pull-ups
We finished with some ab work including hanging leg raises!
CHEST DAY - Brian
5 sets Decline Bench
5 sets Incline Bench
5 sets Cable Crossover
4 sets Machine Chest Press
He threw in some tricep work for good measure at the end!
SHOULDER DAY - Natalia
3 sets Barbell Anterior Raise
3 sets "El Diablo" (6 reps anterior raise supinated grip, 6 reps neutral grip, 6 reps pronated grip and then lateral raises until it burns like hell! No rest between the 4 exercises!)
3 sets Seated Bentover Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise
3 sets Cable Lateral Raise
3 sets Bentover Cable Rear Lateral Raise
Natalia also made me do some stretching because she noticed I'm too stiff! ha ha My shoulders were pumped after this workout... especially the rear delts!
Tris and Bis Day - Suzanne
Triceps
3 sets Narrow Bench (315lbs!)
3 sets Dumbbell Overhead Extension
3 sets Weighted Dips (with six 45lb plates on my lap!)
Biceps
3 sets Dumbbell Hammer Curl (115lb dumbbells for 6 reps!)
3 sets Preacher Curls (115lb on the bar!)
3 sets Overhead Cable Curls
My arms were blown up at the end of this workout!
