25 - 20lb kettlebell crossfit swings (kettlebell comes over the head at the top
of the movement)
25 - push ups
25 - jumping pull ups
25 - 15 lb kettlebells deep squat presses
1/24 mile walking lunges
1/24 mile sprint (lunge and run the entire length of Healthtrax hallway if
you're doing the challenge at Trax)
Complete this entire cycle three times. I put Maureen through this workout this
morning. She finished with a time of 27:03:23. See how close you can come to
her time... I dare you!
