Try this Crossfit workout challenge next time you are in the gym. It will take
approximately 20-30 minutes to complete depending on your fitness level. It is
intense. Try to complete each exercise as quickly as possible. Give it a
try... I dare you!!!!!
Treadmill run/fast walk .5 mile
25 pushups
25 kettlebell squat swings
25 pullups (modified off a smith machine etc or bent over dumbell rows can be
substituted)
25 jump squats (modify by doing 25 regular squats if you have back or knee
issues)
- Repeat the entire giant set 3-4 times depending on your fitness level.
