The crossfit challenge was called "You Don't know Squat". This workout had everyone in class telling me the next day their legs were feeling it!

25 Kettlebell Goblet Squat
25 Prison Squat
25 Jump Squat
25 Kettlebell Split Squat
4-5 Rounds.
Try to complete this workout without stopping for a break.
* Kickfit is a combination of Kickboxing and Martial Arts using gloves, heavy bags, BOB manikins, focus pads and partner training. The first 45 minutes of class is an intense fat burning, body conditioning workout with kickboxing, motivating music and high intensity cardio. The last 15-20 minutes of the hour class is devoted to a crossfit type challenge designed to build and tone muscle. This class literally burns hundreds of calories!
Kickfit is held Saturday mornings 9-10am.
Each session runs for 6 weeks.
