This workout usually lasts around 30-40 minutes and involves a circuit of various exercises and activities designed to kick your butt into shape while burning literally hundreds of calories. 45 sec Jump Rope
20 Tire Hammer Slams (Switch sides on the second round)
45 sec Jump Rope
25 Sandbag Squat and Curl
45 sec Jump Rope
25 Medicine Ball Floor Slams
45 sec Jump Rope
15 Kettlebell Snatch (15 each hand)
45 sec Jump Rope
25 Kettlebell Situps
45 sec Jump Rope
30 sec Dumbbell Cross and Jab On Bosu Ball or Straddling Tire
45 sec Jump Rope
10 Inside/Outside Crescent Kicks over Foam Roller or Chair (10 each leg)
45 sec Jump Rope
15 Halos (using 45lb weight plate)
45 sec Jump Rope
2-3 Rounds (It should take between 30-40 minutes to complete.)
