So when you make your New Year's Resolution, don't be one of those people who after a few weeks give up on it. Instead, set a long term goal then break it into smaller shorter measurable goals. Make specific goals with specific time frames. Whether your goal is fitness, new job, new car etc. Set specific goals! Want a new job in 2017? Don't just say you want a new job... too vague... New job doing what? Where? How much per year? When do you expect to get it? What steps will you take to get it? Want a new car in 2017? What kind? What colour? How will you pay for it? What steps will you take to gain the income to get the car? Once you develop a specific game plan, you will be more likely to not only stay on course but achieve your New Year's goal. Now go out, achieve you goals and live life to the fullest!
