4 sets Overhead Tricep Extension
4 sets Cable Crossover Curls
4 sets Single Arm Tricep Extension
4 sets Laying Cable Biceps Curls
4 sets Cable Triceps Kickback
4 sets Straight Bar Hammer Curls
4 sets Rope Tricep Pressdown
Yep... That was all one workout!!!!! I don't recommend everyone try these workouts. These workouts were appropriate for my fitness level and really well structured! Nice job, my body was feeling good after the workouts! Most of you spared me the dumb jokes I usually tell and were merciful with your workouts.
There have been a few of you who were unable to fit into the scheduled time slots and asked if they could still Train the Trainer. Absolutely! I will extend the Train the Trainer.
