This full body workout is challenging and fun! You can try this at home or a gym. If you don't have kettlebells or dumbbells, you can use 2 gallon jugs of water or something similar.
100 Rows (bent over, both arms at the same time)
100 Kettlebell Squats
100 Jackknives
2 Rounds
The idea is to complete all 100 reps of each exercise before moving to the next one. You may have to take a break or strategically break it up into segments of 25 or 50 reps to get thru the full hundred! This workout is for time...
